"Dont expect reception to be there during your stay. We managed to find a girl in the office with the blinds shut upon arrival. Stayed for 7 nights in total and saw s cleaner who was very helpful and had to open the office door once to try and get a problem solved because the person was chatting on their computer."

"We had a nice short stay at this hotel. Whilst the rooms could definitely be upgraded with some stains and holes in the wall, it was sufficient for what we needed in terms of size and location. Only real issues we had were working the air con system, the loud hoovering outside our door for a couple of hours and lack of luggage transfer. "

"The staff was great. The location in the heart of Nippori is great. The facility, however, is old. The rooms are very small. The hallways stink of smoke. Some things in the room were broken, etc. If you've done the youth hostel thing before it's OK, but I wouldn't recommend it for a family."
