Excellent and clean. Single-use plastics could be switched to paper. Otherwise no complaints at all, excellent staff and service. Breakfast at Denny’s.

Hotel just next to JR station easy for transportation. Not many dining restaurants in nearby area so you have to go other area for food. No supermarket nearby but have some convenience stores so still okay for snack and drink. Room size is okay for two person and cleaniness is okay also. Breakfast set coupons provided to go to Denny at hotel second floor.

Wonderful stay in Tokyo JR-EAST Mets.

Very good experience to stay here for 7 days. Good location for traffic to both side of Tokyo area and good connection to NRT airport too. BTW, train station location is also wonderful. Just few minute walk to connect Hotel and convenient store.

夫婦で数泊しました。部屋の広さ、浴室の広さ、明るさ、静かさ（線路のすぐそばにあるにもかかわらず）等、快適でした。朝食をとらない日もありましたが、デニーズの朝食券をランチやディナー時にも使用できるのが便利でした。立地も大変良く、従業員さんの対応も良く、私たち夫婦のニーズにマッチしたホテルでした。

環境に配慮されている

4泊の滞在だったが、清掃もエコ清掃だったり、タオル交換だけで過ごすことが出来た。 ゴミ箱も普通ゴミとプラなどのリサイクル用に分けられていて良かった。

駅の改札から出てすぐなのでアクセスはよい。特に周りがうるさいこともなかった。２階にデニーズがありそこで朝食がとれる。チェックインは基本的に端末で行う方法のみのようで、不備があるとモニタにオペレーターの人が出てきてガイドしてくれる。設備は標準的。

交通アクセスが良い上に静かで六義園も近い周囲の環境もよかったです。前にも利用したことがありましたが、最近改装されて、ますます良くなりました。部屋も広かったし。
