"Took a bit to work out hot water system "

"The room was fantastic and the restaurants offer excellent food choices and quality. The only little concern was the pillow - it was too soft. I asked for a change to a contour pillow, but the replacement was hard as a brick."

"Good sized room & extra large bed - although firm mattress. Excellent large shower but nowhere to hang towels or put toiletries in the bathroom. The handbasin was in the main room with no towel rail. Our room was on the 18th floor , so good views but near lifts so constant noise from elevator motors making it hard to sleep. Breakfast had a great selection and the pool was excellent."

"Glorious hotel. Lovely cool lobby and helpful staff. Included mini bar was appreciated as were the top quality amenities including Dyson hair dryer and really nice shampoo/body wash. The room was silent and comfortable. The pool area was a refreshing respite from the hot Singapore streets. Facilities on level 5 were great for a freshen up after checking out, with the same supplies as in the room too."
