"Very lovely, friendly staff, other than overnight guy who was pretty grumpy. Luckily didn’t have to interact with him much other for him to let me out the front door (this really seemed to annoy him). Lots of dog poop on grass, which really is mostly the fault of dog owners, but could be maintained by hotel staff. Yummy, fresh breakfast with a lot of options. Nice little social hour with snacks, beer and wine, which is a great treat for guests during the week. Had an incident with a mirror breaking by accident, when I tripped due to low blood sugar. Told front desk and was charged $65.00 for it. Maybe worth $20.00. I don’t like confrontation so I didn’t argue about it. Honestly think that hotels should view these things as “wear and tear” and waive the charge. Especially when I brought it to their attention. It’s just how I do business. Would still definitely stay again though. Overall good experience. Spacious , clean and comfortable. Hopefully when they renovate, Smart TVs replace outdated cable channels. Stayed a total of four nights. "

"I had a wonderful stay. The staff were lovely and accommodating. I really loved that the toiletries weren't made from single-use plastic containers. I'd love to see more sustainable initiatives like this including with the free breakfast - there were both regular plates, cutlery, etc. and also disposable - why not just have all regular/reusable to cut down on waste? "
