The room had fridge in a microwave and a working washroom, which was wonderful when that’s all you have :-) they also provide a close washer and dryer so that a long day doesn’t have to require a shopping trip. "Michael's communication is fantastic. Anytime we had an issue or a question, he responded almost immediately. The building is fairly quiet, and well-maintained. Great location, lots of shops and restaurants nearby, including a lovely non-alcoholic beverage shop. The only down side is that it's only accessible from Lakeshore Rd, which means if there's any traffic, you're stuck."

"Perfect location for a walkable downtown and close to waterfront. This apt. was very spacious and quiet, only one neighboring apt. It has a designated parking space out front. The kitchen is extra spacious and equipped to make meals. We would stay again if visiting the area. "
