Unfortunately the stay was not good . First night payed our bill for the restaurant went up to the bar 30 mins later a staff member said we owe more money for dinner and wouldn't lever until we paid . Infront of everyone . We were so embarrassed and felt very uncomfortable. The room was very dusty. Their were stains on the carpet leading up to the room . The second day we were asked when we were leaving and what time . Felt very uncomfortable and wanted too leave . It was suppose too be a relaxing few days break . Awful, unexceptable , been too france many many times will not be going thier again and other people shouldn't.

What a lovely little hotel this is. Staff were very polite on arrival. Spa facilities are second to none with excellent staff and the evening meal was excellent served on a lovely terrace overlooking the golf course

Nice hotel
Nice contemporary modern hotel with outside seating areas looking out across the golf course. Rooms modern with air conditioning. Free onsite parking. Great breakfast. Had a meal in the restaurant which was lovely. Staff were welcoming and helpful. Obviously this is a golfing hotel and you will find some pretentious people which is slightly off putting. Other than that it was great!

It’s a stylish, modern hotel in beautiful surroundings but conveniently close to the A26 motorway. We stayed in a superior room with golf views. The room was smart and very clean with everything you need including a coffee machine. The shower was excellent. There is a stylish bar area with outdoor terraces, and the restaurant is superb. In all areas, the staff were friendly and helpful. We stayed here as a stopping off point on a longer journey, and we’re so pleased we did.

The hotel offered a really relaxing atmosphere in a good location. Easy access to Arras and surrounding areas but in a tranquil rural area. The views were spectacular

Disgusted - since hotel is closed.
Did not stay as hotel is CLOSED. Accessways blocked off and French security guard informed us that the hotel had been CLOSED for some months. Awaiting a return of money paid up front. See telephone calls and email to yourselves.

The hotel no longer exists! We arrived at 6pm only to discover that the hotel was in liquidation. Not only did we now have to scramble for a room late in the day, but l am out $200 as I already paid. Very disappointed.

Great stay
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was fresh and clean and quite spacious. The food was excellent and not too expensive.

One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in
I booked this hotel because I expected it to be nice. The pics showed beautiful balconies overlooking a golf course. I arrived late and tired, so when I checked in and found out there was an extra 30 euros for a room with a balcony I refused and took what I was given. My room overlooked the parking lot, was very dirty (including the 6 spiders I had to kill), no ice machine or mini fridge, no air conditioning and loose tiles in the bathroom.

Arras du Golf Hotel
Overall a great stay. Pricey for food and drinks but then again where in Europe isn't it. Great golf course but the rental clubs were sub par and few. The room we booked online was not a golf course view and we stayed two extra days and booked into a room with a view. Suggest trying one of the areas many restaurants for meals. This hotel is close to Vimy and many other attractions.

Very comfortable stay. Hotel staff were friendly and the service was very good. The restaurant L'infini was about 100 yards walk away but lovely in the late evening sunshine.

Enjoyable stay. Nice hotel. Friendly staff.
The staff were helpful, friendly and courteous. A problem with our room was dealt with efficiently and promptly. The location was peaceful. We had a nice meal in the restaurant within the complex. For us, it was a nice relaxing three days break. Would be happy to go back.

Hôtel du Golf d'Arras A Nice Place To Stay
We Stayed at The Hôtel du Golf d'Arras for three nights. The Hotel has it's own golf course and is set just about half a mile of the main road. The Hotel is well kept and the staff could not be more helpful. The bar staff are great a speak very good English. The room was one of the biggest i have ever stayed in, and was very clean, and the bath room had everything you could ever want. soup's etc. I would book this hotel again.

A top notch hotel in Arras area
This hotel is an excellent place to stay in the Arras area. The staff were extremely friendly and went above and beyond what I would expect from them. They helped us in directions to local attractions, and facilitated a late meal for us. They also helped facilitate communications as our French was limited, conversing quite adequately in English. We were very impressed, and would recommend this location unreservedly. The only problem we had was our GPS in our vehicle kept taking us to the wrong street in Arras as there are two streets with the same name. If you are using vehicle GPS to get to this hotel, you need to be aware of this.

I would love to recommend this hotel on the basis of the young lady on the front desk , who was so very helpful and accommodating , but not the actual hotel itself . Our room was at the end of the hotel facing onto a road which was noisy , and as there is no air con , it was a choice of insomnia with the window open or frying if we wanted a degree of quiet . The room was clean and basic , if somewhat small . The bathroom was fine , clean and modern , lacking shelf space though . Restaurant has a nice terrace , decent food , not too pricey . Didn't take breakfast so couldn't say how that was . If you want an overnight place for heads down en route to a Ferry and don't need air con then it's ok , otherwise you can do a lot better .

can't understand why the ratings are so high
This place is in a great location (right off the autoroute) and the staff is very friendly. However, the place is spartan and in poor condition. It appears it hasn't been refurbished since the 70's and feels cheap and dumpy. They charge 14 EUR per person for a substandard breakfast, which is exorbitant for what you get and they do not disclose this charge on the website, at check in, or even in the breakfast room. You only learn about it upon check out, whereupon sticker shock sets in and you feel fleeced for what you've gotten. Would never stay here again--there are many better options, including other golf hotels nearby.

Stayed just one night on journey between Calais and Switzerland, Would be happy to stay longer, Hotel is on outskirts of town thus ample free parking shared with golfer s, Meal next door at sport themed restaurant very good, Room very comfortable. Muli lingual staff were welcoming, Waiter pointed out all the local WW1 sights and how the various battles had unfolded, Good centre to explore the battlefields. Free wi fi a bonus,

The rooms with the balcony are best and the view over the golf course is lovely. There is limited space for unpacking (other than hanging space). No drawers in the bedroom or anywhere to put anything down in the bathroom apart from the floor. We stayed 2 nights - the restaurant the first night was really noisy (unfortunately the Brits on a golfing trip, drinking heavy and swearing a lot) but the second night it was very quiet. The food quality was good. The location is ideal for visiting the area, especially the WW1 cemeteries.

A nice place to stay spoiled by the extras.
Myself and a group of friends stayed at this hotel Dec 2012. The accomodation was of a good and comfortable standard, however, Eating in the attached restaurant was very expensive for what turned out to be mediocre meals. The menu looked good and was priced accordingly. When challenged regarding toughness of the beef aspect of a meal a free coffee was offered in compensation. The three other meals were dissapointing for the price charged. 140.00 euros! No wine. Only two drinks were taken in the hotel bar. 2 single brandies 18 euros EACH!!! A nice place to stay spoiled by the extras.
