Room was clean, could do with a refresh, update. Great parking on site. The staff were friendly. Excellent location for tournament held at Blake Park. Pretty much every amenity literally within walking distance.

Extremely clean an couterous staff. Only down side is that noise from another room using spa bath to quite late impacted abilty to sleep. Perhaps put a cap on bubble function in spa baths to say 10pm

We stayed here for close access to Blake Park for our boys 7s wknd. Great location (being directly opposite the park!) Right frm booking, through to stay & check out, a special mention to Lisa - thank you, for your 5 star service. Our room was easy to access, parking just outside. Nice & clean facilities, room was clean & tidy, all room needs were adequately provided for. Having an air conditioned room was so good as the weather at the time was a scorcher and feedback from some of our group travellers (booked at other places) were, we were truly spoilt.😊 I would definitely recommend the Aquarius Motor Inn as a place to stay. A great destination for families, with the pool & spa a real treat. Thank you for your warm service.

Check in was pleasant & quick, Rachel was nice. Location was convenient with shops nearby. Pool is deep & enough for a dip, spa was nice. The only downside was little things in the room like the couch smelt like mims & a rip in the curtain. Otherwise size and other facilities like fridge, stove, microwave was bliss.

Great visit to Tauranga!

The staff was super friendly and helpful with all my requests. Our room was tidy, well stocked, and quiet. We did have a few issues that we reported, but the staff were keen to deal with them ASAP. We had a room right in the corner so it was a little dark/hard to air out but it was still a really good room! I loved the space in the shower.

Staff were helpful, unfortunately the room was on the lower floor behind the stairs and a cupboard with a wall behind it which meant the room was very dark and quite noisy. The room was clean and appeared to have had the carpet washed recently as there was a chemical smell in the room. The location was perfect to access Blake park.

I liked that there was sky, an ac, a pool and a spa, nice shower, and blinds. Was nice and clean. The bed was a little firm, the curtains were long sitting on the ground easily can be stood on and there was a rip in the curtain unsure if that was reported yet. When we arrived after my arrival time my room wasnt ready yet. Only 1 chair with the dinning table. Not sure if the price i paid for this room was worth it.

No hot water!!!!

In general the room was OK, it was clean and comfy. However, there was no hot water so I was unable to take a shower etc. When I went to reception to discuss the matter there was nobody available so I was unable to remedy the situation, there was also no one available at point of checkout so I was unable to have the conversation then. I will not be staying at the Aquarius again.
