I checked into The Residency Rooms Liverpool and was met with a terrible smell coming from the toilet, making the room unfit for habitation. I reported this immediately to Expedia, but the hotel was unresponsive and not answering calls from expedia. While Expedia eventually refunded the unused nights, the whole process was extremely stressful, and this property should not be listed on their site without proper checks. Very disappointed and would not recommend."

"The apartment is in a very convenient location. It is comfortable. However, it is extremely noisy at night. Lots of partying into the early morning and the bedroom windows are single pane. If you are looking for a quiet place to sleep, this is not it. "

Her suggestions of things for us to enjoy along with the fact that the train station was a short walk away proved both convenient and affordable. The lodgings were spotless and very comfortable. We stayed for two weeks and it felt like home."
