"Room was nice and I enjoyed all the features. The bathroom was excellent and I appreciated the bath and seperate shower. Our favorite feature was the balcony facing the ferris wheel and it made some enjoyable evenings while it was raining sitting on the balcony."

"The parking valet, location, and view was excellent. The breakfast buffet was also excellent. The front desk staff was not particularly helpful. Both nights of my stay, my room key did not work. It took a while to resolve and I had blisters the second night from walking so much, making it extra annoying. They forgot I was staying a second night and forgot to warn me that the streets would be closed when I arrived."

"The hotel was beautiful and the room were clean and well kept. The staff was amazing and helpful in guiding us around Tokyo. Their recommendations for traveling and guided tours was commendable. We did not partake in the breakfast, spa or gym so no comments but I’m sure they would have been excellent. I would definitely recommend this hotel even though it is outside of Tokyo - far less people and very quiet."
