"Not as shown. Walked in and roaches scattered. No towels. There was a rodent in the room in the middle of the night. Emptied 2 cans of bug spray into all cracks and door jambs. Could not access balcony and there were 5-6 air conditioning units on the balcony wall that kept us awake all night, along with being right above the indoor/outdoor smoking bar. Tried to book alternate accommodation but couldn’t find anything due to it being Easter weekend. Bathroom was “shared” between all rooms by the look of it. Dirty, and old toiletries everywhere. Toilet cubicles had either broken/no toilet seats and broken/no door handles or locks. DO NOT get room 4… Only upside was the close proximity to Redfern train station. "
