"The property is conveniently located for walking to both the beach and the Channel Islands Marina. The house was well laid out for our group of three families, so that each family could have a bed/bath on a separate floor."

"Right at the beach. Beach toys and chairs aplenty. Clean with plenty of hot water for 16 of us to shower. Beautiful views, TV and wi-fi were good. Great kitchen, living room and dining room for so many people. Lots of beds. Weather could have been sunnier but hard to pin that on the VRBO house. "

"Location was great; short walk down the block to the beach. House had multiple levels for sleeping arrangements and hot tub was a plus. Kitchen, dining, den space was large enough for our whole group and patio was nice place to hang out too."

"We had a great time reconnecting with our son’s family who live in California. There was plenty of bedrooms for quiet time and he era t space for hanging out together. The views were amazing. I could even hear the waves from my open bedroom window. We’ll be back!"
