"The place was a beautiful stay for a large group. My bridal party and I were staying there and the location was perfect for a California stay. We’d walk along the beach and the place was close to the areas we were visiting. There were more than enough beds for each of us and the place was very clean. It has lots of natural light. "Stayed here with my son's families and their girls. There were 5 adults and 2 toddlers. This place was great as everyone had their own room and bathroom. Plenty of space and the beach was just a short stroll down the block. Easy to get to with a small beach town vibe. Sunny Days management team was very accommodating and great to deal with. I would stay here again."

"We are a construction company doing a job nearby in Ventura. Our crew loved staying here and I actually re-booked the house after this stay. It is run by a third party rental company, so although I thought I had made the payment through VRBO I apparently had not. They sent an email requesting a payment on the weekend while I was away from my computer. To my surprise on Monday, the second booking was cancelled! It was fun while it lasted though. Nice place!"

The location was “senior friendly” (bedrooms on first floor, steps to the sand and nice umbrella and table to eat outdoors) and “teen friendly” (beach, sand, games) — everyone had a wonderful time. Had a small hiccup during check-in and called the realty company and I was SUPER impressed by the person who helped me on the phone. She was helpful, kind and patient. (Thank you!)
