"The manager Mayur was friendly until there was a problem. I had two problems, with no resolution. 1) There was no hot water in the morning. I ran the shower for 20 minutes. No hot water, no shower. I told Mayur this in a call about five hours after I left, as the office was empty when I left. He said in a later call that he tested the water and it was hot, and that my room was one of five rooms that used the same water heater, so another room may have used up the hot water. That doesn’t help....

"For the most part, everything was great. We had two rooms, with a total of three adults and three kids. The kids really enjoyed using the pool. There were just a couple of things that could have been better. There appeared to be something that turned the bottoms of everyones’ feet black (new flooring?).
