Check in took 45 minutes after I made it through the long line and started the check in process with the front desk. I booked the hotel because it was labeled as 4 stars and had air conditioning. When I returned to my room that evening after work, the AC was off. I called the front desk and was informed that they shut off the AC when it reaches a certain temperature outside. It was blazing hot in my room, so it doesn’t matter what the outside temperature is. The bed was also terribly uncomfortable. I didn’t sleep at all. I was also asked at the front desk if I wanted to add breakfast, which I did. Then I was told at the breakfast station that I hadn’t paid. They also wouldn’t let me charge my room, so I had to go back and get my credit card. When I returned to my room, I took a shower… during which a cleaning person entered my room despite the do not disturb sign. I’m supposed to stay again in a week, but wanted to cancel my reservation due to this experience. The front desk lady said that if I called Expedia, they would call the hotel and it would be canceled with no fees, even though I’d booked a non-refundable room. Expedia called, and they did lot honor this, but said they’d get back to me in 48 hours. Do not stay here.
