The room was very clean & comfortable. Beds were especially nice, comfortable with a warm, light duvet. The decor was updated & tasteful. The breakfast was one of the best we had in Europe. Great selection from bacon & eggs, pastries, sliced meats, coffee/tea to muesli & yogurt. The staff were very warm & helpful & the location was perfect. Would definitely stay here again!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The place was impeccably clean, which made me feel very comfortable throughout my visit. The location is fantastic — close to all the main attractions and easy to get around from there. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. Good location and helpful frontdesk

The location of the hotel is within walking distance of Van Gogh Museum and Rijksmuseum. Hotel breakfast is amazing and well worth it when bundled with room. Front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. There is no onsite parking so check ahead with the hotel for recommendations for nearby paid parking.

Staff was extremely warm, helpful, and professional. Location is central and easily accessible by tram. Rooms were small (as to be expected), but the walls were extremely thin and I could hear alarms and conversations from neighboring rooms and the hallway.

Great place to stay in Amsterdam! The staff are so friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and it’s also within walking distance to many attractions.

This is NOT a 4 star hotel. Maybe a 3. Old and frumpy interior, very small rooms, tiny elevator that still requires climbing steep stairs, persistent bad smell in room, no hot water one day. Would not return.

Hotel is in a great central area

Lovely hotel, our third time staying here, location is great and rooms are always clean. Very poor sound proofing in the rooms with the stairs, lifts and other guests passing the room door.
