Good location, comfortable bed and quiet. It might be a Europe issue, but bathroom and overall space a bit small. A tall or heavier person would have a tough time in the bathroom and moving around the room. We did enjoy our stay overall.

Overall good location and clean rooms, barely enough room for a couple and their luggage. Construction on -1 made you feel not in a hotel. A bit pricey but overLl good.

The place is beautiful. Unfortunately they were having some renovation and I was not able to sleep in due to the noise. Other than that the place is wonderful and worth the money

PROS The hotel’s location was excellent. A quiet neighborhood close to transportation, shops, restaurants and situated on one of the loveliest canals in the city. The staff were all friendly and helpful and went out of their way to take care of us. The room was tastefully decorated, the bed very comfortable, loved the windowed balcony and very much appreciated having coffee/tea and refrigerator provided. Housekeeping did a great job👍 CONS Those with mobility issues will find lots so stairs throughout the hotel a problem. Signs of wear are beginning to appear in the room, with some wall paper beginning to separate from the wall. The bathroom is very tight. Our biggest problem was the shower, which overflowed the drain no matter how we tried to avoid it. We asked housekeeping about it and they said it was like that in all the rooms. The last thing one wants to contend with after a shower is tending to the flooded floors. We did our best. Seems this could and shoul be resolved by management.

The location is great, convenient to the station and is very walkable. As described on the website, it is an old building, so the rooms are small and the floors are a bit creaky. Bed was super comfy and rooms were clean.

Loved this Hotel. Hotel Sebastian’s is located in a quaint neighbourhood in Amsterdam. Location is right next to the canals, close to tourist sites, restaurants, and walking distance to the train station. The staff were professional, attentive, friendly, and sociable. Loved the room we were staying in. It was clean and roomy. Our AC did not work and they could not get a technician out until Monday. Thankfully opening the window helped cool the room down. Also the Hotel comped our breakfast for our stay, due to the AC not functioning. I would DEFINITELY stay at this hotel again in the future!!!!!

Loved the canal view. It made the stay feel very authentic as you can see the boats, bikers and hear the ducks! The breakfast option was very nice, convenient and affordable. But there were no fruit or vegetable options which was the only negative.

We paid a little extra for a room overlooking the canal! Beautiful windows that open out, to a lovely view. The room was small but well equipped. The hotel has a lift which is helpful as the stairs are steep! 15 euros for a good breakfast & the staff are friendly & helpful.

The hotel is beautiful and location is great. Staff are friendly . The food options for breakfast are good and for $15 it is worth it. The basement room that was assigned to us had a strong fragrance which did not really work for me as I am sensitive to strong scents and the water in the shower stall takes a bit longer to drain. Will avoid the basement room for next time. Thank you.

Only a 12 minute walk from central station. Warm welcome as soon as we arrived and the staff were always helpful and the room kept clean every day. Nice quiet area at nights and with the excellent transport system you are never far from all the great experiences.

Sebastian's was a lovey, clean hotel, and the staff were great. The breakfast was amazing. We unfortunately had a very bad room (001) located in the basement. The noise from upstairs on the reception and walkway was very bad, and it felt like we were in the janitorial area as lots of cleaning stuff and laundry bags were left on the stairs down to the room. The room was also located by the area for staff coming and going which in the morning felt like someone was coming into our room constantly. The room its self-inside was great, but the location of the room was awful. Great location for getting around Amsterdam and the hotel was very nice and clean etc, just don't stay in a basement room if given!!

The staff here were very welcoming and helpful. Our room was Modern and very clean and only a short walk to many areas of the city we had a great stay here with no complaints.

Nice boutique hotel, slightly away from the bustling Amsterdam, in a residential area. Lovely view of the canal from internal seating area. Room is compact and the bathroom very compact
