Hotel staff very friendly...great location away from busier part of town but ferry connection was wonderful. It was like a quiet oasis but only a 5 minute ferry ride to town centre. Catch number 3 ferry if new into town from railway ( not no.2 !)

The room was clean and staff were friendly and receptive. The property was conveniently located near a supermarket, brewery, café, stores, restaurants, and a 10 minute walk to the Noordenpark railway station. Overall, I would recommend this place for solo travelers. I would recommend a better mattress in the room, face towels for the bathroom, and better lighting on the stairwell, since the stairs are steep and narrow. Thank you. Mr. C

The property is in a good spot in a residential area. You have access to rental pikes right from the hotel as well as public transportation a short walk away. The rooms are a good size and the bathrooms were clean. It is an older building and it has some wear and tear but if you can get past that it's a solid place to stay. The staff were friendly and very helpful.

Staff was amazing, rooms are dated but clean and nice condition. Great location, 5 minutes walk from free ferry to Centraal station. Allowed for an early check in and held my bag for me after I checked out. Would stay again!

The staff are really friendly and extremely helpful but the rooms and the building could do with some updating, the bed felt it was at angle and the bathroom shelf was very loose, also the the bedroom furniture was VERY dated
