Wonderful staff, everyone was so friendly and it made for such a nice stay. The lift was handy (a rare find in Amsterdam), location was great, bed was really comfy and the place was kept really clean. Pretty affordable too for this city! I would stay again

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful huge thanks to them! Unfortunately, that’s the only good thing about this hotel. The room was tiny, the location was just okay, and it was completely overpriced. The towels were so old they weren't even white anymore, and there were no basic amenities like shampoo only hand soap. To make matters worse, the coffee pot was heavily scratched and burned inside, looking like a health hazard. Definitely not worth the money.

Clean room. Comfortable beds. Very simple but we wanted a place to sleep and store bags and intended to be out sight seeing all day/evening. So this was a great option. We were there during the heat wave and so we requested an extra fan. I was worried as the propety and rooms do not have air conditioning but with the second fan in a triple room we slept comfortably. Easy to get into the main tourist areas on foot or tram. Happy with our choice.

It was a lovely stay. We didn't spend a lot of time in the hotel because we had a lot of things to do and see, but it was a relaxed stay. The room was nice, a good size, and very clean. The room faced the back street, so it was quiet. The bathroom was a good size as well. The soap and shampoo were a little bit diluted, but this is not a major problem. No breakfast was provided, but there are a lot of places around. The staff was nice and very helpful. And the location was just amazing, only walking distance from the city center and canals. So, I would highly recommend it.
