Very friendly staff , nice updates throughout the hotel , easy check in / check out. Great cafe in the lobby and the location of perfect ! In the middle of everything and easy to walk to get around. Great stay !

Absolutely brilliant, they are working on final bits as I type. They have done a fantastic job of modernising an old building. Room is actual small but modern and everything you need to a high standard including large TV. we are in the middle of everything.

I have to admit, I took the lowest cost room, however the hotel is in the process of renovation so the entrance and cafe was in a state of chaos (glad I didn’t spend the $$ on an inclusive breakfast) my room and several others were in the basement. In looking at the floor plan, mine was the smallest & nothing like the representative photo. The layout was awkward, however fit and finish was new and ok. Location was handy - not far from Centraal station but far enough off the main paths of travel to feel quiet. That said the vibe in the area was “partying students”. If that’s what you’re after great.

Me encantó que está súper cerca del centro de la ciudad y a pocos minutos caminando de la estación central de Ámsterdam. Además tienes todo alrededor, restaurantes, bares, TODO. Me encantó y volveré a repetirlo cuando vuelva a amsterdam ❤️🥂 El personal increíble, muy altanero, 24/7 y además muy seguro. Tiene aire acondicionado, y la habitación impecable.
