The property charges an additional city tax to your stay that was completely undisclosed before you book the room. For three nights, I paid an additional $166. in addition, my check in that was guaranteed by Expedia for 3pm was changed to 430pm by YAYS stating they had to modify due to unforeseen circumstances. Even as they changed it to 430pm, the room was still not ready. They offered 10% off the first night which was pretty minimal considering the service failures were completely on their end. I would not recommend this property to anyone. The charges that weren’t disclosed before you booked the room just isn’t good business at all!

We had a great stay at the property. It was large enough for a family of four. It is outside of the touristy area so that was a plus. Nice local restaurant down the street and easy walk to the a very trendy and nice neighborhood. Communication with the host was amazing and the check-in process was smooth.

The apartment was comfortable for 2 couples. However it would have been better if a few kitchen staples were supplied ( salt & pepper would’ve been nice)

Stayed here for 5 days and it did not disappoint. The facility is a short walk to and from Amsterdam Central in the Jordaan area. One can walk or take a short bus ride. The facility is clean, quiet, well-appointed and in a safe area. I like that it was on the edge of Jordaan away from the crowds but close enough to shops and restaurants. Communications with staff began before my stay to ensure a smooth arrival. Staff I interacted with were friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I would not hesitate recommending this property or staying here again.

The staircase is like a dollhouse staircase, so tiny that you can almost injure yourself very badly. The shower floor is poorly installed, the water goes everywhere

Nice & spacious but very hot. Don’t recommend the shared terrace. The place was very spacious and nice. Beds are medium comfortable. There’s no laundry. If you are taking the terrace unit it’s actually in the basement and the windows don’t open and there is no AC. We had two units one upstairs and the windows opened it was a better experience.

Property did not have a washing machine as listed in amenities which was very disappointing. We did not receive our check in details so had to call for help and was sitting outside the apartment waiting. Door handle on the inside comes off and even though it states there is a balcony you cannot access it. Did not like being misled. Otherwise we like the location and the space of the apartment.

Horrible location. Your bed is 10 meters close to train station routes. 20 rails of trains roaring and soaring over your bed, with metal crunching and squeaking every minute day and night. On top, neighbours are partying loudly and moving heavy furniture all night and no staff or front desk reception to complain to.. zero sleep in 3 days. Zero rest. Headaches from superloud trains rocking your bed every minute...not recommended at all. Zero sleep in 3 days..and very expensive for the quality of comfort u get.. life like a homeless sleeping at rails. Spiders on curtains... i have pictures and i will put it in review..very disappointed overall

Poor cleanliness

We had a family trip with our two children to Amsterdam and stayed here because of the separate bedrooms. The apartment was well located. We found the cleanliness poor and despite a promise of a deep clean the cleaner just rectified a few specific issues that we had identified and the property was still very dusty. The cleaner didn’t seem to know how to actually clean, he didn’t move the bin or any furniture to clean around them and consequently we found dirt and food behind the sofas and under the beds. The skirting boards looked like they have never been cleaned and inside the kitchen cupboards was dusty. We cleaned much of the apartment ourselves so that we could stay there. Despite good communication I didn’t feel that they actually cared about our issues and despite telling them that we purchased things to clean the apartment with we received no offer to pay for those or any compensation for the inconvenience.

Amazing vintage shops and cafes nearby, in a fabulous street that takes you to the city centre in a 15 minute walk. This was a lovely characterful part of Amsterdam that we enjoyed much more than the larger tourist areas. The flat was nicely presented, basic but comfortable. The proximity to the local shops and Central Amsterdam was great.

Ideale Lage in der Nähe von Central Station. Busstation, wenn man nich laufen mag ist ebenfalls in unmittelbarer Nähe. Super praktisch mit dem Zugangscode und Box um Koffer bei früher Anreise oder später Abreise zu deponieren. Eürden wir wieder buchen.

Endroit excellent et tranquille. Le reste de la ville est très accessible. L'état de la chambre est très bien. Par contre, la propreté est moyenne et il n'y avait pas assez d'ustensiles pour une chambre à 6 personnes. De plus, il n'y avait aucuns linges pour laver et essuyer la vaisselle...

Good size rooms and view of the water was good. Rooms had their linen changed but the living room and kitchen was pretty dirty still.. bathroom and toilet were good.. if you have a lot of luggage, suggest ask for a ground floor apartment as the lift was not working and the stairs were tight and steep..
