"We had beautiful views of the beach, sunset, & town through full floor to ceiling windows in the living room and bedroom! Concierge was able to provide a beautiful 30th anniversary display in the bedroom before our arrival😍 Staff was very courteous and attentive to our requests. Parking was never an issue as well. "

I wish i would’ve read the emails before hand about assitance with activities, chef and groceries, but there’s always next time.. felt very safe too "

"The view and pool were amazing. The location and space in the condo was great. Just a few things that need to be improved- The furniture was not the same as pictured in the photos. Plastic chairs outside and inside and the couch was in very poor condition. Not one place to sit comfortably The pillows and sheets were old. There weren’t enough cups and dishes. If these things were all replaced it would have been much better. "

"I recently stayed at The Morgan Resort & Spa and had an amazing experience overall. From the moment we landed, everything felt seamless—the shuttle was waiting within minutes at the airport, which instantly set the tone for a stress-free and enjoyable stay. What truly made this trip special was the exceptional service. The entire staff made us feel right at home from day one. Special shoutout to Devin (shuttle), Amina and Trinity (front desk), Carlos (bell hop), Mariame and Kennesha (pool waitresses), Omar (pool server), Maarten (pool bartender), McKenley (restaurant server), and Ash (Guy Ash)—every single one of them was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely kind. The front desk team was especially helpful with recommendations, which made exploring the island even better. The pool area was a highlight—the bar was lively, the drinks were great, and the poolside service was consistently excellent. The food at the restaurant was also surprisingly amazing and exceeded expectations. While I enjoyed my stay, a few areas fell short. The gym was quite small, and the public restrooms could have been better maintained and stocked. For the price point, I expected more amenities typical of a luxury resort. Overall, I’d rate the facilities closer to a 3.5–4 star experience. That said, what the resort may lack in amenities, it more than makes up for in top-tier customer service. The warmth and hospitality of the staff truly elevated the entire experience. I would absolutely return!"

"The location is great, the host was great at communicating and available. The views was amazing.The listing did include the pool was heated but it wasn’t when we were there. I paid extra for romantic roses petals but no roses were in the room only some cheap heart shaped creations. The bathroom and towels need to be updated. "

"The whole property needs to be updated, toilet wasn’t working, dusty, mold. It seems that after the hurricane no updates were made. Nothing much going on neither in terms of amenities "

"This location was excellent — Mullet Bay Beach, a grocery store, and several restaurants were all within easy walking distance. We were four adults sharing the space, and it never felt crowded; the layout made getting read and using the showers effortless. Stacey, the property manager, was also incredibly helpful and responsive whenever we had questions.The ocean view was truly wonderful. Stepping outside each morning to those gorgeous natural colours while enjoying our coffee and breakfast made the stay even more special."
