I absolutely loved our stay here! The grounds were well managed, we had access to all of the pools and loved going to whatever we were in the mood for and the beach views were absolutely magnificent. The staff was kind and very helpful! Will def go back!

I had a great stay at Sonesta Ocean Point, the adults-only resort. The service and customer service on the family-resort side were HORRIBLE. However, the adults only side had different restaurant options with better food and, most importantly, great customer service. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay on the adults-only side!

The property appears old and a bit dated. Especially the furniture. Our bath room shower had mold on the tiled floor. Our room had a musty odor. We're not ones to complain. The staff were top notch. Names that consistly were Johnathan aka "smiley" and Rue at Azul and Maurice at the seascape swim up bar .

The ocean view was gorgeous. The entire property was well maintained. Room had everything we needed. Our butler service was amazing and exceeded our expectations. Ranjeet, Vigillio, Alex and Yannick treated us like royalty.

Let's start with the pool, which has a calm vibe on the adult side and closes at 6 pm. No music is permitted, and it closes early. Restaurant Azul was the best dining option, though the buffet could provide more variety. Some bars don't have the same selection as others. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone.

Great if you’re looking to stay on the resort the whole time and not venture out. A good all inclusive option that unfortunately we didn’t get to utilize as much as we thought, only had breakfast and dinner once both times ok. Rooms clean bed a little firm for our liking. Location is close to airport and a small strip of stores/ restaurant and casino.

I loved this resort. Absolutely beautiful. The food was very good and the staff were always helpful. The night life was also great. The resort has a nice size pool and the beach was walking distance away. It less than 5 minutes away from the airport which we appreciated. We enjoy watching the planes fly over our head. We had such a great time, that we wanted to stay longer. Unfortunately, they were sold out and I can see why. Will definitely consider coming back.

For being an expensive all inclusive resort , I feel that it lacked amenities. We had a small refrigerator but only for water and sodas, no snacks. I thought all inclusive would have various snacks in your room. Our room did not have a microwave. Meals at the restaurants were very good, but the buffet was only fair. I would have been very unhappy if that would have been the only place we could get our meals. The staf At this resort are exceptional. Every employee we encountered, except one, went out of their way to help us, find out information if we needed it, always friendly and helpful. I would mention names but I'm afraid I'd leave somebody out.

Such a pleasant and beautiful experience with this stay; friendly and helpful staff, great food, restaurants, massage with Flores is a must !

By far the one of the best hotels on the island. Location is great. Food is as good as an all inclusive can be. By far bartender are helpful friendly and really seem to love the guest by having really conversation with them. Honorable mention goes to Frank, Charlie, Travis, and Ramon. All the others were kind and good these 4 just stood out. Always knew my name and what I wanted. We travel a lot and as I say you get what you pay for. Don’t over expect and allow yourself to enjoy what others might not have and you will never be disappointed. As if I wanted to be picky I could name things out that could be improved but this hotel and the people had my trip great so why complain.
