I did not receive any check in instructions or basic information such as the recommendation to not drink the water without reaching out to the property manager. The owner was very responsive and got me into contact with the property manager. An email or message in advance regarding the check in process would be great as well as a binder with instructions for the property ie do not drink the water, trash goes here, recycling here, codes for gates etc. overall a lovely place- if we return to st Martin I would want to stay here again"
