"Very pleased with this hotel, so we came back when we retuened to Almaty. Very clean property. Rooms are beautiful and comfortable, with super clean comfortable bed. Wifi acceptable but could be improved. Front desk was extremely helpful with all needs. In a very nice neighborhood, and is located close to major train station, supermarket, major bus routes into city, and local parks. Will be happy to stay here again in the future."

"The mountain view from the restaurant floor of the hotel is excellent. Hotel staff are very helpful and willing. However, the hotel does not have a nice lobby. Check-in and check-out process takes too long. Get up early if you don't want to miss your flight. The water in the bathroom in my room was constantly getting cold and hot. That's why my shower experience was so bad."

"The hotel is new and very well located. There is a large mall with restaurants across the street and more restaurants walking diстаnce. The staff is very friendly, although somewhat inexperienced. The lobby area is too small, so is the breakfast area. Breakfast itself is very good though. Bathroom in the room is very modern, but inconvenient Other than that, I was happy with the room.
