"great staff, great venue and amenities however we stayed in a bunk bedroom that had a toilet/shower inside it however the rooms outside our front door in the corridor and had their bathroom separate from their room and across the hallway. We had a group of four young ladies who kept on going in and out of the bathroom repeatedly for a few hours late at night (and I am in repeatedly like every five minutes or less which was crazy and I did say something to them about how it was keeping us awake) but it kept going (10pm to 1230am) and the door was very loud!.!! So I don’t know why they want me to do that and what was going on, but it was very annoying "

"Fantastic hotel. However, be careful with Expedia. I thought i had a good deal but when i saw my bank account it was American dollars and not New Zealand dollars. I would never have spent that much money for one night in a hotel. I will never use Expedia again. I feel it is unethical. No other travel site does this, they always use the currency of the country you are in. It was a lovely holiday but i feel sick about the amount of money spent. I feel scammed. "

"We booked Studio Room for 3 nights here. We loved how clean and complete the studio is (washing machine, dryer, kitchen, etc.) Additionally, The hotel surprised us with a nice chocolate and swan decoration to celebrate our honeymoon. Note that hotel parking is paid, but you can try to find free Street parking, or pay a cheaper rate at nearby public parking. If we visit Christchurch again, will definitely stay here again!"

"A nice clean, modern hotel is a great location. Worth it for me to stay here and remove all the hassle and stress of going to the airport for an early flight. The nearby shopping and food precinct 5 mins walk away is also very convenient. There is a supermarket and fast food and sit down restaurants."
