"We had a wonderful stay at the Norwood Bungalow. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was quite large and full of amenities. The meals were delicious. There were a variety of choices. The staff here were lovely and helpful. They made our stay welcoming. The tea trails around the bungalow offered amazing view of the tea estate. They were easy walks and worthwhile. If you are looking for a relaxing place to stay in Sri Lanka, we recommend staying here."

"Our stay at Araliya Green City was amazing. We received a traditional welcome (lighting of Oil lamp, garland) Our room ws sòoooooo spacious. It had 4 washrooms, 3 fire places, 2 massive king size beds, living room, dining room, fully functional kitchen with 5 appliances. Washer and dryer. It had the best view. Special Thanks to Thiyagu at the front office who treated us like family. The General Manager - Dinesh pays attention to every details.."

"Its a property about 7 km away from town. Its a beautifully built property . As i understand it has 6 rooms, and a pool table in the loft. Great staff. There is no lift but its not an issue. There are small things they need to see to. Like salt and pepper shakers ( rather than sticking your fingers into the salt/pepper jar. ) there are no tissues in the room/bathroom. No hand washers - but lovely towels. The scenery from the small restaurant is amazing. This is place i may stay at again"

From the welcome cup of tea to the morning breakfasts and games for the children, the colonial style was fantastic and made for a very welcome stay. "This hotel was just average. The grounds and gardens around the hotel were beautiful and well maintained, but they can do a better job with the interior. The sheets had tears in them and the towels looked very worn. We were also informed that the wifi would not be working during our stay. All the rooms are located in one building, the walls are very thin so you can hear other guests talking and doors closing. Staff was wonderful!"
