Stayed 1 night in August, wish it had been longer. Lovely hotel overlooking the lake, a really nice setting. Food at the restaurant was very good, and the rooftop swimming pool was perfect for unwinding in the evening after a long day of sightseeing. Would happily stay again, ideally for longer next time.

My parents were at Raddison and had the most memorable experience at the hotel! The trip was planned for my mums birthday and she had the best time ever! My parents vouched that the food was flavourful and delicious! The small birthday arrangements were extremely thoughtful and special! The rooms were really nice and modern! Thank you so much for remarkable hospitality!

The breakfast was incredible and included two nice fully automated coffee machines, where we could select between different nice coffee creations. The room was nice, simply a good standard with nothing bad to mention. The rooftop pool bar is very expensive. A drafted lion beer (300ml) costs 2,000 lkr, very expensive in comparison to normal prices in Sri Lanka.

This is a very comfortable American business hotel with everything you expect. Also a rooftop bar and pool, which was great. On-site tour operators are helpful and reasonably priced

The hotel is a comfortable place to stay with a good pool and restaurant with delicious food. The towels in the room need to be replaced, they are old and shabby. Similarly the bed linen also needs to be replaced.. all a bit shabby. As is much the case in Sri Lankan hotels the staff are wonderful!!!

The room was very clean and the staff excellent - very helpful and obliging. However, a few maintenance issues have to be addressed. The toilet leaked continously and there were mosquitoes in the room. Also, the electronic key kept failing every 2 days and had to be reactivated
