The apartment was clean, quiet, the balcony spa was great to relax in after the daily wandering. Just a short walk to the Main Street. Check in was via text message - no problem at all.

Perfect location, quick 5 min walk to heart of Airlee Spa and pool were amazing. Room was simple, clean and perfect for weekend get away. Keyless entry was a bonus!!! Would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends and family.

The host is so incredibly helpful and accommodating. It is only about 5 minutes walk to the main strip of shops. I would recommend it.

One of the best holiday apartments we’ve stayed in. Very spacious apartment, well equipped and nicely decorated. Good location in Airlie Beach. Nice bonus touch is having a hot tub on the balcony!!

Great apartment in great location
Great apartment and perfect location without having to walk uphill like a lot of accommodation. Easy to access via keypad. Bathroom is looking a little dated and could do with a refresh but the remaining apartment is great. Host is extremely easy to deal with and nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely stay again.

Amazing place to stay at. Very close (3-4 mins walk) to the main strip (shops, woolies, BWS, restaurants, bar, lagoon). Apartment was very spacious, neat and tidy with pool and private jacuzzi in the balcony of your apartment.

Loved the location, the rooms and the staff! The hot tub on the balcony was awesome and a full kitchen was super handy too

Great place to stay
Great apartment. Close to Main Street but far enough not to hear the night clubs. Jacuzzi on the balcony is great to relax. As apartment is managed offside there is not much to say about staff. Initial contact was friendly and helpful. Cleaning could have been a little better but that’s just me being picky

Great location for all local amenities.
Communication and arrival details very good as was the keyless entry. Apartment was of a good size reasonably equipped and in an excellent location. Could of done with a little tlc and a refurb in oka es but otherwise very good value.

Fantastic location - cleanliness a let down.
I arrived at Airlie Central Apartments for a 4 day getaway by myself from Canberra. The apartment looked really nice on arrival - nice furniture, lots of sun coming in and an awesome spa on the balcony. However on closer inspection I did not feel like the place was clean at all. There was crumbs on the kitchen bench and on the floor, the floor was sticky, the bedroom was dusty, the shower looked scummy, the toilet didn't look clean either. However I know that things can't always be perfect so I text the owner and she was more than obliging to have her cleaners come back and fix it. Unfortunately, after the cleaners came back, the apartment wasn't much different. The shower smelt of cleaning product but didn't look clean so I chose to wear thongs in the shower. That was really all I noticed that was different. The ironing board was lop-sided and I had to hold onto it as I ironed. The lamp in the living room didn't work.

Lovely apartment, close to the heart of Airlie!
Our stay was great! The apartment is lovely, close to everything (500m flat walk) but far enough away that it's quiet and secluded. The spa on the balcony was great, would've been awesome if it was turned on before arriving though so we could use it straight away.. oh well. The only complaint I have is a weird smell in the apartment (sort of stale?), and no dishwasher. No one likes washing dishes on holiday. Kirsty is amazingly helpful & nice - she tirelessly helped me with invoice issues, check in was so easy and seamless. Quick replies on check out regarding storing my bags for the day. I would definitely stay again!!

The apartment was clean and tidy. It had everything you could want and the spa was excellent. It is located only a short walk from restaurants and shops in the Main Street.

Reasonable good value for the stay. The room is relatively small and don't have a view. Service was very basic as no staff clean the room during the whole stay and you need to get rid of the rubbish by yourself. Surprising that there was no boiling water jug in the room as this is an apartment hotel. Notice quite a few 'colourful' ants in the room (e.g. on the chairs) but not sure whether this was common in that area.

Self check-in was seamless with the great communication and instruction provided. Very well equipped kitchen and laundry facilities, although crockery and cutlery could use some extra clean. Courtyard very nicely landscaped, spa bath and outdoor furniture were great for relaxation. Great value for money given the facilities provided and close vicinity to main street.

Excellent location, close to shops, bars, restaurants and clubs. Room spacious enough for 2 people and the jacuzzi on the deck was relaxing. The pool was shallow and hadn't been cleaned so lots of bugs. Management staff were very helpful.

Kathryn was very good to deal with and answered all questions straight away. never felt like a bother. Unit was surprisingly clean and comfortable and the spa on the deck was amazing. Unit was well appointed with quality appliances and fixtures. Pool was clean and well maintained. I would definitely book this hotel again, perhaps one on the top floor next time to get full views of the water.

Convenient and clean apartment
Kirsty was exceptionally communicative and flexible on all aspects of my stay. The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and conveniently located (right behind the Main Street, away from noise but a very close walk to restaurants/grocery store). Additionally, it wasn't located on a steep hill! The kitchen was well-stocked, as was the bathroom (small shampoo/conditioner, hair dryer, towels). The apartment was spacious and well-kept. The only downside of this apartment was the lack of WiFi (just my preference, and probably ultimately good for 'disconnecting'). However, there were times where I would have liked to use it to look up directions or check my email. Overall a really great experience and I'll definitely be back!

Great little apartment with everything you need. The location was very convenient for getting into town (a few mins walk or run in about 1min). Only downside was bathroom had these small ants/flies everywhere but really weren't a problem. Couch depth a little short so was hard to be comfortable. Everything else was great

Great place - close but quiet
We got the 1 bedroom apartment with jacuzzi on balcony and loved it! The place was fairly quiet considering it is only one street back from main Airlie Beach. The room was spacious and facilities were fairly good. Bathroom was clean but not very user friendly, particularly the shower/bath combo (narrow, slippery, with a shelf at eye height) - possibly not ideal for frail or elderly people

You may not be aware, but the apartments are not serviced as they are fully self contained and you can appreciate that if they were serviced apartments, the tariff would be a lot higher. Best feature is the vicinity to Airlie beach.

Comfortable but lacking
We stayed for 2 weeks. The apartment was comfortable and functional. It had a 2-person hot tub on the deck. We could walk to town. We had a covered parking space at ground level. It did not have Wifi; the manager said that all the cafes in town had Wifi. Wrong. Only a few places had Wifi and most of those were travel booking agencies without tables; okay if you're using a smart phone, but not if you're using a laptop. The washing machine didn't work; management was quick to get someone out to check it, but the service person said it would take 2 weeks to get the part to fix it. And management wanted $55 to clean the room and do the laundry after one week.

Hi Jeffrey, I appreciate you taking the time to review. Just to clear a few things up. We wanted to service your room free of charge, as you were staying for two weeks. That is why I tried numerous times to organize it with you. It was a shame the washing machine broke, these things do happen, but if you do recall I organized for you to use another during your stay. In the compendium there is a list of all of the cafes that we recommend and all have free wifi. Very uncomfortable bed
The apartment was not cleaned properly. Sticky marks on long the table, on the fridge, lipstick on the wine glass and there was a strange damp smell in the bedroom near the window side of the bed. The bed was extremely soft and very uncomfortable. We did ask for it to be changed but they were fully booked. We got locked out of our apartment because the door system wouldn't open and a locksmith had to be called in to fix it. The apartment itself is nice but just needs some maintenance and a good clean and the bed needs changing.

Thank you for your review Renella, As you can appreciate, we do not have a stock of beds enabling us to change beds. Funnily the guest prior to you reviewed that the bed was lovely, so I guess everyone has different tastes. Its a shame to keypad malfunctioned, but it was great that the locksmith could attend so quickly, within 30 minutes and on a Sunday. Fantastic
These apartments are perfect. Great location from the main street if you don't want the hills to walk up. Clean modern and has everything you need. Spa bath apartments are recommended especially in winter as the lagoon and pool water is still a little fresh. Plus its perfect to unwind after a big day out. Nothing negative.

Close to town Centre but far enough to be qiet
All amenities including full size fridge. Would stay here again because of its location and because it is so well equipped. We stayed both sides of a 10 day charter so we're able to freeze food before the charter and do a wash after it.

Amazing little stay in Airlie Beach
We had a fab time here in airlie central - hot tub was perfect, the apartment was well stocked and luxurious and we loved the code doors meaning we never had to worry about keys! My only quips would be the pool area could do with more sun beds and wifi would be helpful - as well as perhaps a DVD player or cable for the nights when we liked to stay in and enjoy the apartment. All in all we were really pleased though!
