"The room we were given was not the room represented in the pictures. We paid extra for the specific room. The pool was very cold and didn’t seem super clean. The hot tub had dirty stagnant green water. We were not able to take advantage of any of the amenities we paid for. "

"Average hotel that was incredibly overpriced. Maybe the price hike was for the NCAA tournament. Parking was horrible. It was either pay $32 a night for a lot behind the hotel or $45 for valet in the same lot. The metro rail is right across the street, I highly recommend taking it for transportation."

"Pool that's open 24 hours could be cleaner. Nasty things like paper,garbage etc. floating around in the pool and next to it. Had no one come and ask me if I wanted anything to drink. Waiters/ waitresses only attend half of the side of the pool. Had to flag down someone and the drink ( Pina colada) did not taste good at all. "

"The lobby building where we stayed was very nice. Well appointed. Renovated. Quiet. Nice grounds for kids to play. Water park was fun for all ages. Food was good. Nice bar. Staff in restaurant were really busy and could have used extra help, although it was Easter weekend so very busy at the hotel."

"The hotel/extended stay was amazing. I had the two bedroom apartment and I was not disappointed. The kitchen was fully stocked. The rugs sheds. The floor was dusty. The patio had ashes and cigarettes. The housekeeping manager was very nice as I ran into her in the hallway, she showed me around the pool and fitness area because I was lost and she was very useful when I needed extra towels during my stay. The residents were kind and fun to chill with. Overall, the place was great and I will definitely stay here again. I have very few suggestions: 1) They do not have a bellhops but have luggage carts to use on your own. You will need to return the carts you use but most people don't. Having a part-time bellhopper would be beneficial. 2) Towels for the pool should be easily accessible around the pool area. 3) They need a market or food around the pool. It will enhance the vibe. The surrounding areas have a lot of unhoused people and it can be kind of scary at night even though there are various food options around. 4) Housekeeping should not be an extra charge when you are staying for 3 plus days. "

"Airport shuttle got a flat and we were on our own to get to the airport. Found out 10 minutes before we were set to go to the airport. I would think the hotel should reimburse us for the Uber fare. Although stressful, the Uber driver got us to the airport in time for us to check our luggage. Thanks Uber."

"Pros: secured, great location, free snacks, great staff, full fridge and microwave, pool and hot tub. Cons: bedroom was not thoroughly cleaned, can hear everything through the walls. Bathroom door was warped and wouldn’t close properly "
