The room was clean and the breakfast was decent. I didn't receive a receipt when I checked out, and the receptionist told me the computer was down and would email it later. It's been four hours now, and I still haven't received the email. I've had experiences like this where it took me days to finally receive my receipt. The room was so noisy that I couldn't sleep.

There was a system error so we had to wait a while for the office staff to righted it out. It was figured out and the front desk extended our check for 2 hours. It did make a difference because we didn’t get into our room until close to midnight after a 10 hour drive from out of state. We were able to rest in the morning and didn’t have to rush out. They definitely made it up to us and accommodated fs.

Good room and beds

They need more luggage dollies or better dolly management, but the the room was nice and the beds are comfortable. Unfortunately, the fire alarm went off for a minute at 1 a.m., but my guess is that was just a fluke occurrence.

The only thing nice about this hotel were the staff. The room smelled so bad and the carpets looked greasy and dirty. I checked in around 10am and left around 7pm. It was horrible. I sat on the desk chair in the room and I had to cover it with a towel just to sit on it. I will never reccomend this place to anyone.

The property is undergoing extensive refurbishment. No pool, no hot tub, no breakfast, no reason for fire alarm going off at night so the fire department left with the alarm still blaring. At one point we were the only guests in the 150-room hotel. In the morning we saw three cars. The hotel was not secure. Our room had a missing lock. All floors undergoing renovation. We packed our car with our bags each day because too many people had access to rooms. Wait until the remodel is done to brave this hotel.

The facility was being remodeled and ours was one of the last rooms waiting to be remodeled. The hotel was nearly empty at this point. Everything was a mess throughout the property. One night the fire alarm went off just as we were falling asleep. It turns out it was set off because of dust on the top floor. We waited outside for half an hour until the alarm was shut off. There was no hairdryer in the room so had to ask for one at the front desk.

Only good for one night if you are exhausted and can take a substandard shower. Very little hot water, no hair dryer, no ice , no real coffee to make in room . No pool , no breakfast,. The toliet seat was broken, the bathtub was peeling where someone painted over the rush and damage the bathtub had before the paint job. The towels were threadbare and the water in the sink was also a trickle. The fee to stay one night was overpriced for a one star hotel. The worst part is that even if you prepay the room they charge your credit card again! Greedy! They charge the card, they lie that they just put a hold on it, now I have to fight to get my money back, since they take no accountabilty or resposibility for charging the card. Dont stay here. There are better places that at least have enough water to shower.

Expedia listed property as pet friendly--it is not. They let us stay, because expedia has not changed the designation, but charged $50.00 for one dog, more than I have ever paid before. There was insufficient hot water. There was a lot of traffic/highway noise. Because of this experience I will no longer use expedia. They did not handle my complaint well.
