This is frustrating and made checking in more difficult. However, it was much better to deal with a person at the hotel rather than a virtual check-in, which we have had in the past which has terribly wrong. "Excellently organised hotel. Room was spacious and clean, with perfect mini kitchen setup. Breakfast was outstanding with fresh pastries and bread left at the door in the morning, to match the jams, yoghurt, milk and cereal in the room, along with coffee pods for the machine in the room. Parking available for EUR10 per day onsite. 10-15 minute walk to the funicular ir bus to beautiful Citta Alta. Absolutely fantastic stay, highly recommended."
