"I loved it. It was my first time staying at a CitizenM hotel and given the chance I would choose it over anything less than a luxury resort. It was perfect for single traveler, had excellent amenities, and was actually interesting to be at instead of boring."

They are so accommodating whether it comes to arranging a taxi or even early check in. They are very kind and attentive. I also enjoy an Italian restaurant in this hotel. Good service and food. "

"They said the room had an upgrade but there were some things like cracked tile on the bathroom floor or the door was falling apart at the bottom. The ceiling had some major cracks. Overall it was clean and spacious. Didn't like being near a exit door because you could hear it open and close. The breakfast was o.k. The oatmeal was too watered down, the eggs were not fresh but powdered. They had coffee available all day which was lovely. Would stay again."

"Omni Parker House was a short walk from all of Boston’s major attractions and overall in a great location. The hotel staff was very friendly and kept that composure when they assured us that it was no big deal when we forgot our sunglasses in our car and needed the valet to go get it for us. The doorman, whose name we unfortunately did not catch, greeted us with a smile every time we walked in and out of the building. As for our room, it was clean and had a working AC unit which was crucial for us because it was very hot during our stay. Each day, the beds were nicely made and fresh towels were provided. We did not get the chance to eat at Parker’s restaurant or enjoy a drink at the bar, but we heard that both were nice and the Boston cream pies were to die for! "

"The room was small but very comfortable with a decent view. The rooftop terrace was a nice touch with a decent wine selection. We flew to Boston on a redeye and got to the hotel really early in the morning. Thankfully, our room was ready and their amazing, hospitable staff let us check in early with not extra charge. The nap was much needed! "
