Amazing Inn!

Our stay was incredible, the room was more than we hoped for, fire place, deck, huge room, spa tub everything you need for a romantic get away. Our hostess was so sweet and friendly we just can't say enough. We will definitely visit again!

This property is a beautiful inn and the bed was comfy. The greeter was super nice. However, there is limited dining in Hull after 8 pm. I upgraded for the fireplace and it didnt work. Called the 24/7 number and the only offer was to make an emergency call to the inn keeper. Well at 11 pm Im not going to do that so we went to bed listening to the clanking flag pole, wobbly fan and passing traffic. The breakfast was not as advertised, it was just muffins, bagels or scones.

The property is well appointed with a beach theme, but not overdone. Our room was very large with a nice view of the water from our balcony. The bed was very comfortable. We met the owner, who was very gracious and answered our questions. Breakfast was provided in the morning. Check in and out was simple and easy. The only improvement I could suggest is better lighting above the bathroom mirror. Looking forward to staying there again!

Great stay.

Beautiful place to stay, very clean and serviced every day. Rooms very large, more like a suite. With the advantage of down stairs communal kitchen, dinning room and small sitting room. A bbq and decking which would be brilliant in summer months. Would definitely recommend this property to any one.

The Atlantic suite was superb and had plenty of room! Everything was so clean and they thought of everything you would need. The view from the balcony in the morning was great. One of the owners greeted us every evening to checkin on our stay and make sure everything was good. Can't go wrong here!

My husband and I had never stayed at a bed and breakfast before and this experience set the bar incredibly high! Our room and dedicated hallway bathroom were incredibly clean and cozy. When I had trouble opening the patio sliding door and it came off of the tracks, the hosts were very responsive and their maintenance man repaired it extremely fast! The location was perfect and very quiet, yet within very close distance to many restaurants and attractions in the area. You could easily walk, bike, and/or drive from this location. Parking was a breeze in the gravel driveway to the right of the home. My husband and I brought our bikes and our hosts allowed us to safely store them in the living room of the home. Our room did not have a mini fridge, but we were able to store food and drinks in the main kitchen fridge. Housekeeping was delightful and we enjoyed the complimentary snacks, chocolates, and water in our room. We definitely would stay here again.
