"The rooms are super clean and most importantly, it's pretty quiet too. I was reluctant to book given it's directly on a main street, however, it's affordability won me over. I purchased ear plugs for both myself & my spouse before the trip and found we didn't need them at all. It was very quiet even with our window open at night. (Interior room). Staff is super helpful with recommendations. Didn't have the optional breakfast as there are sooo many options within walking distance. "

"Wonderful and tranquil stay! I had outstanding interactions with the staff from Abigail and Enrique at the front desk who had even made a phone call for me and Propina from the restaurant was so cheerful in the morning bringing up room service but the attention to detail of the housekeeper on my floor, Olivia, was my favorite thing about this hotel. I’ve never seen a more tightly made bed, or cleaner surfaces like desk table mirrors and sink and every time she made my room the curtain was the exact same height the chairs in the exact same position the trash bins in the exact same place and even things like the pump nozzle on the hand soap pointing forward it had a zen like feng shui feeling. The things I left on the sink or the bedside were respectfully moved just to clean and then replaced in a more organized fashion. My paperwork and other personal items on the desk were unmoved and well respected. I felt comfortable leaving my second phone charging and other items there and the mutual respect of my property and the room was superb. Thank you Olivia and great job to the whole team! I had originally planned on staying at a few different hotels to see different areas but after the first night of total silence and the next morning when even a vacuum couldn’t be heard I felt like I was home. I recommend this hotel and hope you enjoy your stay!"

"The breakfast menu was superb. As a premium guest you also get access to the 12th floor lounge which gave you wonderful views of the city and was fairly quiet. The premium room was lovely and had everything we needed. On the last day we even noticed staff cleaning the luggage carts. Their attention to detail was noticeable and the staff were very friendly. This hotel played a huge role in our overall experience visiting CDMX for the first time. Because of this, we intend on staying in Barcelo hotels from here on out. "

"Amazing/affordable place to stay if you are staying for a couple days up to a week. We are planning to stay for a couple of months, so we need access to a kitchen etc or we would’ve stay longer. If you don’t need those accommodation, I highly recommend. Also, I can’t say enough about the staff, they were very kind and friendly. "
