The rooms are good for the price. That's not the reason for the 3 stars. Its the staff. They seem to operate under the presumption that you are guilty till proven innocent. It's assumed that you are going to steal from them. Which is quite sad. 50 peso deposit for the remote. Everything, including tables, are bolted down. They don't even greet you when you say 'buenas tardes ' to them. They just stare and look you up and down suspiciously . When you walk in they question whether you even have a reservation , despite having Ben in and out for days. If theives are their typical client base, perhaps I picked the wrong property

Th is is the kind of hotel you stay at if you only plan on sleeping there. Worth the price, but only if you don’t mind 2-3 roaches roaming around. The staff were nice mostly. Some of the gentlemen were rude when it came to storing my luggage for a couple of hours. Would I stay here again? Honestly no

Excellent location, very clean and everyone was so nice and helpful, especially Mrs. Yolanda, the restaurant manager. She always welcome me with a great attitude and the food was great. The rest of the workers were also very fine and professional. I’ll go back again if I need to stay in Mexico City.

They offer free soap, shampoo, shower cap, king size bed, room service Tuesday - Saturdays, and nice furniture. But cockroaches can come through holes around pipes in the bathroom. The electrical outlet in my room was loose. But overall, for a 2-star hotel, it was pretty good. Clean.

La venida del hotel si se ve bien fea la verdad, pero aún así queda cerca el metro, oxxo, tienda 3B, siempre cruzar con mucho cuidado. En la noche es bien solitario, en la mañana hay un puesto al costado del hotel donde venden café y tortas. Lo único malo es que no tiene ni un ventilador y se escucha mucho silencio en la noche si hablan fuerte obviamente si se va a escuchar pero yo no tuve ningún problema con ruidos o algo todo muy limpio y eso si una muchacha si como que con mala cara pero hubo otra muchacha de la limpieza muy linda y buena onda sin duda alguna me volvería a hospedar la habitación que me tocó fue muy amplia y solo que las almohadas muy duras jajaja pero estuve bien, no había cucarachas y si entran es por las ventanas, pero aún así es limpio el lugar, tiene agua caliente así que si todo bien

No me agradó que se escuchaba mucho ruido, en otras habitaciones tenían fiesta y no dejaron descansar, estaban tocando en otras habitaciones, considero que para ser un hotel familiar deberían tener más cuidado.
