It is a very nice hotel. Well-equipped kitchen and a great gym. Conditioner and lotion is a plus. Having the codes on the doors was nice not having to carry a key or use QR codes. The location is excellent.

Great location, clean and lovely room with an elegant aesthetic. It worked well for our family of four and was well equipped with appliances and dishes. I would definitely stay here again! My only criticism is that there were only two coffee capsules in the room for two adults for two nights (and no capsules downstairs in the lounge at all), and that we couldn’t get our TV to work.

Very clean, well designed studio apartment hotel. Check in experience was not great. I could not upload my ID for registration and it took many rounds until everything was done. Gym was excellent. Quiet although in the Abando area in the center.

The stay was very comfortable, spacious and location was perfect, close to everything. My only recommendation will be that provide clearer instructions on the check-in and be more proactive on communication. The check-in instructions and self check-in process is a little bit confuse. Sometimes the door did not respond to the code and spend sometime trying to retrying the code. Kind of annoying when happens late in the night. Besides that everything was excellent. Will stay again.

I can not fault the rooms, ambience or location as it was 5 star. However we had a fire alarm go off in the middle of the night caused by a guest who smoked in their room. Did they show their face? No. The night staff was unable to turn the alarm off and there wasn't much communication on what was happening and how long it would take. Police Got involved and shared what happened and we had to wait till another person came to turn off the alarm. Got an email the next day apologising for the disturbance but nothing else. Locker access, you have to be lucky to get an answer from them and speak Spanish as minimal English is spoken by the building staff. Overall I'd stay here again but would recommend you speak some Spanish.

We were surprised that we were assigned a studio apartment with a handicapped bathroom. The shower cannot be contained in one spot. Water goes all over the floor. You must dry it after using the shower, otherwise you might slip and fall when needing to use the toilet or brush your teeth. The second complaint is that they use shoebox sized machines to shoot large amounts of air fresheners. People with lungs issues will have breathing problems when exposed to the vapor. Other than that, the property is one of the best we have stayed in Spain. There are a few good restaurants nearby. It’s located 15 minutes walk to most significant places in Bilbao.

Appartamento completo e pulito come da descrizione, comodo per spostarsi a piedi a visitare Bilbao. Non c'è personale e in caso di necessità di contatti è abbastanza raggiungibile. Comodo il Locker a pagamento, da prenotare in anticipo, se si arriva prima dell'orario previsto per accedere all'appartamento.
