"This is a beautiful chateau/winery with lovely rooms and a friendly staff. The grounds are spectacular. But the hotel is relatively new, so there is a gap between expectation and performance. We were delayed getting into our room until 4:30 because housekeeping was backed up due to a wedding the day before. "We enjoyed our weeklong stay, but would recommend a shorter stay as there is nothing to do close to the hotel hence had to drive to all attractions. Personally I think the food was expensive, however it was very good and we didn't have to eat there, but choices within short drive are very limited."
