"The hotel is very good and the staff very nice. The only thing for me is that they have a fmgreen policy to clean rooms every 3 days. For me in hotels that is a big no no. If they show thisninformation during reservation I would. Ot book the hotel. But that being said I requested daily service and was provided to me so that ks to the staff for accommodating this for me."

"Staff was so friendly and the room was nice. However the room amenity are outdated. A 24 inches TV is too small for watching on the bed. The sink' s hot and cold water control were too tight. The carpet need to be cleaned. "

"It was our family’s first time in Hong Kong and overall the hotel was exceptional. However, the front desk staff during check-in was rude. I believe they should be more polite and willing to answer questions, especially for tourists who may not speak the language. On the other hand, housekeeping was exceptional"
