"Room was very small. I was ok to share with all my family but did not expect we were going to be packed like sardines. Pictures do not show that. Perhaps they should add the area of the room in their description so we know that is not spaced out. Also the double bed had not even a division or curtain for privacy. I understand big cities have limitation of space, but this was bad. Also, perhaps because of the season, too many young college kids getting drunk and making noises. "

"Really nice staff, we wanted some boiling water to make a cup of tea as no kettle in the rooms and the nice lady gave us two flasks and filled them for us to use. The room was basic but the bed was comfy, could do with an extra pillow as very low, if you skip room cleaning you get a bottle of water and feel like you are helping etc, I’d stay here again, we were moved to this hotel from the Berlin gates branch due to operational issues so the free breakfast wasn’t showing but the staff sorted it...

"Great location. Affordable. Room was small but comfortable and clean. It would be great if the hotel provided a tiny refrigerator and microwave in the rooms (but there is a community microwave in the lobby that the staff let us used). The staff was helpful. The reviews about the elevator not working are all true but we didn’t mind using the stairs during our stay"

"The hotel is a little basic in that there is no fridge or kettle in the rooms - it is always nice to have a cup of tea when you wake up of come back from a day's sight seeing. The rooms were warm and the beds comfortable, with plenty of hot water for a shower or bath. The buffet breakfast was excellent and set us up for the day. The view from the terrace at breakfast was lovely. "

"The hotel was really good and I think it's worth the price. The personal was really kind, and let us do the check in early. They let us keep our luggage in their storage room, even after hour check out time, which helped us a lot. For breakfast there was a variety of foods available (bread, cheese, ham, butter, cereals, yogurt, coffee, tea, etc).
