"We were greeted and promptly checked in. The hotel was offering a deal for a room upgrade, breakfast and mini bar with free daily refill. We took advantage of the savings. The beds were so incredibly comfortable, breakfast buffet was a dream and staff were very friendly. I became a member with Novotel and look forward to staying with them in the future. "

" HOTEL WAS LOCATED IN BEAUTIFUL NEIGHBORHOOD, CLOSE TO PARKS, SHOPPING CENTER AND TRANSPORTATION TO METRO CONNECTION WHICH WE USED EVERYDAY TO EXPLORE AMSTERDAM. WE FELT VERY SAFE WALKING IN THE PARKS. BY THE WAY THE "GELDERLANDPLEIN MALL" HAS BEAUTIFUL SHOPS AND TWO BIG GROCERY STORES (5 MIN.WALK FROM HOTEL) ALSO HOTEL IS CLOSE TO SHIPHOL AIRPORT ONLY 15 MINUTE DRIVE TO AIRPORT."

"The hotel is only just outside the city centre but has good transport links and so getting around is very easy. The staff were friendly and the hotel was clean. The room was small but was en suite. The room also had team and coffee making facilities which is unusual for a budget hotel in the Netherlands and a welcome surprise. Sadly the TV in the room was broken, I reported this to reception only to be told many of the TVs in the hotel did not work and that it was down to the WIFI. Strangely the...
