"We had a great time at Cesare Balbo Inn. Luca was incredibly warm and helpful - taking his time to make sure we were fully situated and give suggestions for our trip in Rome. After some poor experiences with the staff is another hotel in Milan, this was so refreshing. The bed was comfortable and the room was a good size.
