"Room was clean bed very comfortable. Counter staff at check in was more interested in eating her food than helping us. Staff never came to clean room we only really needed towels. Never saw anyone. "

"The front desk staff was awesome! Steve greeted me with a big smile and made sure I understood the layout of the property. He went out to my car and introduced himself to my family and made sure they were ready to have a great time that week! The hotel was always being cleaned (ocean front hotel sees a lot of sand), breakfast was great, pool was great and access to the ocean is steps from the pool! The Tides restaurant (hotel restaurant) was a great place to grab some food and a beverage (fish tacos and a Kona Big Wave were a daily must)! "

"Awesome stay was booked for 2 nights only got to stay one night due to flight delays!! Only one staff member difficult at front desk. My husband started talking abd she listened. Folks that drove the shuttle were top notch!"
