"The time we spent there was great, but we had a unforeseen issue that we had to depart early when it told the front desk they said no problem they had credited it back to hotels.com but when i contacted hotels.com to find out about the credit they said Holiday inn refused. very poor training wasting my time about 1 hour on the phone people should have more respect for peoples time.
