"We liked the room about a 10 minute walk to the city centre.Not much around the hotel no restaurants.No tea or coffee making facilities.When I asked about it the lady asked me for my room number so she could charge me.Kettle would be handy in the room.The ski jump is about a 30 minute walk away.The fernicular is being repaired at this moment so a lot of steps to get to the top.A 50%discount is being offered.Innsbruck is worth a visit surrounded by mountains and blossums everywhere."

"Our stay here was incredible. As Expedia users, we were given an upgrade to the Kaiser Maximilian I Suite, complete with hunting lodge ambience. Full of historic significance and wonderful views of the Alps. Staff were charming and assisted us very well on our two day travel plans. The breakfast room and service was excellent Austrian fare. All the major sites were in walking distance. We will come back someday! :)"

"First and foremost I want to talk about the staff of this hotel… they are super friendly, professional and sincere. This also includes the bar upstairs… great barman and waiters in the evening. Hotel it self is located in a central area with easy walking access to restaurants coffee sightseeing and hiking.
