"This was the perfect place to lay our heads for our time in Amsterdam. Very close to many different attractions and plenty of restaurants and cafes. Roy was so accommodating and welcoming. We only stayed two days, but it made it easy to see the city in our short time here. Would recommend to anyone. The apartment is two bedrooms, a shower, a toilet and a kitchenette. Plus the owner has a beautiful dog that he will introduce you to :) Thanks again Roy! You are a great asset to any traveler....

"We had a wonderful stay and this is must visit place to make your holiday even more comfortable. Owner is very friendly and down to earth. Rooms are very cozy and there is alot of space to keep your belongings. Vintage dutch 3 storey house that has luxurious designed living rooms, bedroom and kitchen. Worth every penny and it is located right on the canal with amazing views and just a 5 min walk from the nearest tram station. I would be visiting again hopefully soon. "

"A unique spot and a unique room. Just be aware it is a typical old European(steep and narrow) climb to the rooms. Check in is in the bar/restaurant. They were very accommodating for my wife’s gluten allergy for breakfast and for supper. A little out of the way,but we used a park and ride to get into Amsterdam. "

"Christy was a great host, communicating consistently with us before and during the stay. The property was clean and looked like the pictures. It is near tram stops, making it easy to travel around the city. The neighborhood is residential and quiet, with a variety of restaurants within a few blocks walk. "The apartment is lovely and had most everything we needed for our 9 day stay, including a sweet little outdoor area along the front sidewalk. Richard is just upstairs and was responsive to our requests. He is willing to recommend activities and to drive guests with luggage. "What are unique and fantastic, Steps from The tea make it very convenient. The lobby doubles ass coffee shop on one side and workspace meeting on the other full of life during the day to strike up conversation grab a coffee grab a beer. Hot tub and sauna on the roof convenient and clean. The rooftop restaurant is great option for dinner and drink. At the price point, I was not expecting that I got, It was a surprise and will stay again"
