"Hotel is conveniently located by the premium luxury brand shopping. The stores are literally right next to the hotel. You are walking distance to everything. The rooms were spacious and comfortable- vintage vibe with wood beam ceilings. The staff was helpful and after checking the young man took us to our room and taught us how to use the room card. "After being given a very small room we were delivered to be upgraded to a much nicer room with a beautiful view and big balcony. Sadly only stayed for two nights but would have welcomed being given the bigger room on are. It’s a stunning location and the hotel is steeped in history but it’s the most expensive hotel we’ve stayed in… and in addition we had to pay extra for breakfast! Which was lovely but really £1k for a small room and breakfast not included! "

"Had a great experience overall, Following the Google Maps directions not so easy. Try using Apple Maps instead. Stayed 2 nights, bed was super comfy. Hotel was clean, very beautiful history decor. Only negative I have is the pictures were not accurate, the pictures of the views were misleading. Based on the price in Canadian we paid. In the end, I am happy with the locations. Because it was quiet in the mornings and in the evening. And I will always remember the hotel as we got Engaged there."

"The location of this hotel is perfect…close enough to walk to everything but away from the biggest crowds. There is a wooden patio facing The Grand Canal…perfect to sit and watch the boats and gondolas. The staff couldn’t have been any nicer or accommodating. Nothing was a problem…gave us wonderful recommendations for restaurants and sites..arranged our water taxi upon check out to get us to the train station.
