"This is a 5-star hotel, but for 2 reasons, it’s not operating at the 5-star level. To be fair, let me list the good things first. The physical plant is excellent. The room looks and feels brand new. Everything is top notch and works flawlessly. It is spacious, with high ceiling, and a very comfortable bed. "Okay hotel. The staff was very nice, and we also enjoyed the breakfast very much. They say they have a gym, but they do not; the equipment is very old, and there is one weight machine that barely works. Not even sure why they have it there. The hotel should invest in some nicer equipment. The other issue we had was with the wifi. We had NO wifi connection in our room. We brought it up with the front desk, and they said it should be working, but it wasn't. If you need a gym, I would suggest...
