"We enjoyed our stay. The house was beautifully decorated and centrally located. The airport is like 15 minutes away. The area was quiet except for the rooster at the park across the street. Not an issue at all. The house was well stocked with cooking utensils as we like to cook when on vacation. A short walk away and you can get a fresh baguette and delicious cafecito. The place was clean and we had a great time on our first visit to Puerto Rico."

"Best location wise. However kitchen, bathrooms and foyer are open air which wasn’t really mentioned in the description at the time. A bit humid, rooms and bathroom were able to get really cold with fans and individual ac system. Property manager was quick to respond, even answering my texts after midnight. Considering price and location, this is a good stay."

"My family and I had a wonderful time at Maria’s Beautiful Beach House. Everything was near by beach, 24 hours Supermarket, Restaurants, bowling alley and many other places. The house is amazing! Private pool, grill, outdoor shaded seating area, 5 air conditioning units, comfortable beds, 2 televisions, work station, two living rooms and dining area. "We loved it. We wanted a peaceful getaway and that was prime. Located 40 min from San Juan immerse yourself in the hills of Puerto Rico . The property is clean and well maintained. It is very peaceful and you’ll wake up everyday with the sound of birds surrounding you. Few things: - the pool is the jewel of the property in my opinion. Occasionally you’ll see insects floating, but that’s expected in the middle of the jungle. There is a net that you can use to clean with. - We saw few insects...

"Whoever owns this property is a shady individual. They have you send your driver's license or passport information as if for identification to get into property and then cancel the reservation on you. Something shady is going on and the proper authority have been notified."

"My husband, my grown children, and I had an amazing time! The house was wonderful, and we enjoyed laying in the hammocks and watching the sunsets! Christy was incredibly helpful with information on the area and was prompt to respond before and during the trip. She even helped me get a birthday cake delivered for my son! "This property was excellent, except for the host constantly telling us what to do. I do not recommend staying on a property with the host right next door. It felt micromanaged because she would turn certain things off at night when we were still awake. After I said something to her the the last 2 nights the cable would go out at night. If u like to be babysat then you should book here. But if ur grown this is not for you."

"Location was great. We were leaving on a cruise and arrived a couple of days early. We were able to walk Old San Juan from the apartment. The apartment had plenty of room for 9 of us. Javier was great. We were able to drop off luggage before check-in and kept luggage at the house for a couple of hours after check out. We really enjoyed our stay."

"We rented this place to be a central hub for a work trip. We need a large space to congregate, work and eat while in town to shoot some corporate videos. The place is amazing and the communications were excellent. Highly recommend."

"Excelent stay very comfortable we had what we need it. Very clean we had beach towels and chairs and also sunscreen close to the highway, cafeteria and restaurants. The house has avocado mango and panapenes trees thank you for everything I will be back."

"Blue Nest is a great house at on a awesome beach in Arecibo. We had everything that we needed and was in walking distance to bakery/convenience store that we became regulars at during our stay. The best part if staying here is that you are a very short distance from El Pozo del Obispo which the kids loved and is a great place for pictures. I highly recommend Blue Nest to any family and look forward to booking another family trip here soon!!!"

"We went to Arecibo to celebrate the 50th wedding anniversary of my sister in law, and 9 of us, including the happy couple stayed in Casa grande. We rented both sides of the property (Apt. A and B). Since the party was early afternoon the hostess, Tatiana was very kind and made the arrangements so we could enter a bit earlier. Even though at the beginning we had a bit of difficulty trying to access both sides because the connecting door was closed, after several emails and phone calls the problem...
