"When we arrived they claimed they didn’t have our booking, they then tried to put us in a room that was of a lower standard than we had paid for, we had to insist, unfortunately communication was very poor. This lack of communication made everything very difficult and frustrating. We booked one of the cottages, which are located on the roof, this resulted in us hearing road noise 24/7 Breakfast was very disappointing, we ended up only eating once at the hotel. The breakfast is good, you have 3 choices which we found out only on our third day. Upon arrival the hostess offered us to have her husband drive us around for a fee. Since we declined the karma with her was not there and we felt it throughout our stay. We even got over charged for the scooter rental when she charged less expansive to a different traveller. "A quiet Indonesian style bungalow. I was initially disappointed as the pictures and description I booked were not for this villa. Anyway it was clean and comfortable. The pool was nice though kids rather ruined it. Many nice places to eat within walking distance and a short easy walk to Ubud. Bathroom very dated. Probably not worth what I paid."
