"Wonderful room in authentic Trullo. Large room was a suite with sitting area, table/chairs and mini kitchen. Location was perfect, easy walk to all of the sights/shops/restaurants in Alberobello. "I was disappointed with this hotel. The check in was terrible, we got in tired from traveling all day and we we're told they couldn't offer us anything to eat and that we had to go out at 9pm. The whole stay felt very unwelcoming. No one brings you towels to the pool, you have to bring your own bags to the car. It was the opposite of hospitality and not what you expect from the price per night. Won't be recommending to anyone. "

"The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly. We stayed in the apartment named Carla, which was very well decorated and very comfy. No expense was spared with little details, such as a basket full of bathroom essentials (should you forget anything), and the cleaner checked in with us every day to see if we needed the apartment to be cleaned. I would highly recommend Dei Serafini and their properties to anyone wishing to stay in the centre of the old part of Polignano a Maré. "

"I only stayed one night and it was a very good experience. Excellent location for old town. Several nice provisions ,tea,coffee and biscuits etc left. I thought it may have been noisy but with the window shut it was silent. They were only 2 coat hangers which for one night wasn't a problem but for a longer stay could be. I would definitely book this again. Thank you."

"We arrived a little later than planned due to a 2 hour flight delay but were greeted enthusiastically by the owner’s mother who spoke no English. We muddled through the walk through of this amazingly beautiful trulli but later the owner and her daughter came and explained a little more in English. The trulli is picture postcard beautiful both inside and out. I like to cook so found the kitchen a little lacking. I did however learn to use a Bialetti caffitiera and cook porridge on the stove...
