"Prefect location, close enough to Yellowstone park entrance without being in the hustle and bustle of Gardiner. The river was really flowing and could be heard quietly while drifting to sleep, so peaceful! The owners were fantastic, greeted us upon arrival to go over a few things and show us around. Very clean house, had everything you may need. The back yard is great and wish we could have enjoyed it more but the weather had other plans! I highly recommend this house!"

"This is the second time we have stayed at this property. And we were not disappointed. We love the location and layout of the property. The three full bathrooms are definitely a plus. You will be convenient to town and eating establishments. The north entrance to Yellowstone is only 5 minutes away. We look forward to staying here again!"

"We took my grandma to Yellowstone for her 90th birthday. There were 17 of us and we all easily fit in the house. The house was clean and well thought out. It was stocked with everything a person could use. We also got to watch elk in the backyard and even saw a black bear and 2 cubs on the other side of the river. The owner communicated with us very well. We didn't have any issues at all. We would rate this house 11 out of 10 and hope to come back in the future."

"Spacious house with everything you could ask for included. The house is stocked including shampoo, spices for cooking, laundry detergent and bear spray. The house is about 15 minutes from Gardiner. It sits in front of National Park property, which you can walk up to. The renting family is friendly and full of knowledge/history on the area which they are willing to share. "Nice propertty. Store is nice. Everything was supplied and clean. Location is beautiful and just outside the NE gate to Yellowstone. I booked through expedia, and it was a few months ago, but i don't remember anything about a cleaning fee. I am even OK with the fee if i was aware of it. Only other issue was there was still no cell service and the cabins do not have wifi. Some people prefer this. There is wifi at the store and is free."

Studio with all that we needed
"Exceeded my expectations and I had read reviews and seen photos. My wife and I had a 2 night stay in Studio 4. The cottage is in great condition, the layout is functional and the space seems bigger. It’s well equipped and we appreciated having Keurig coffee maker, dishes and utensils that helped us enjoy breakfasts on the outside deck. There is an excellent market in a short walking distance. The bed was comfortable, and the room quiet as one night we slept with the windows open rather than using AC. "
